Rick started his career with Wells in 1983, currently holding the position of Sales/Estimating in the Midwest division.
With over 35 years of experience in the industry, he has held numerous jobs within the organization, gaining experience and technical knowledge, enabling him to build strong client relationships, leveraging his strengths in understanding a client’s building needs and be a solution provider with efficient and effective results.
Rick graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Minnesota State University-Mankato, and is a LEED Accredited Professional.
