Jeff Holt

Jeff joined Wells Concrete in 1982 and has spent most of his years in sales. He provides preconstruction services including project development in collaboration with the owner, architects, and engineers, in addition to estimating his own projects. Jeff specializes in design build projects, particularly in the food industry.           

Jeff began working for Wells Concrete in the quality control department in 1982. In 1983 he joined the sales/estimating department. In the almost 4 decades since, Jeff has seen the industry soar through strides in product evolution and manufacturing capabilities.

Jeff graduated from Minnesota State University in 1981 with a bachelor’s degree in construction management.
