Matt Everding

In his current role of Vice President of Operations, Matt oversees all three of our Midwest region plants – Albany, Wells, Rosemount – at an operational level. He works together with all departments to maximize workloads across the plants and maintain schedules, as well as with our Plant Managers to maximize efficiency at the plant level. In addition, he also oversees Purchasing and Logistics.

Matt started working for Wells Concrete in July 2008, and having spent time in multiple roles at the plant level, as well as in purchasing and logistics, retains 12+ years of experience in precast operations.

Matt is an active member on the PCI Midwest Executive Committee, a voting member of the PCI Architectural Precast Committee, and graduated from Leadership PCI in 2018. He graduated from Concordia College in 2005 with a major in Business and a minor in Communications.
