Mike Troje

Mike joined Wells Concrete in 2014, starting and currently managing Wells Midwest’s Sealant division, and is focused on providing robust, economical building enclosure solutions. His passion lies within delivering buildings secure of outside elements and long lasting, so, not only is sealants a part of his division, but they have also now added value to customers by offering waterproofing, fire stopping, and restoration services to their area of expertise.

Mike has been in the construction industry for 20 years beginning as a laborer for a concrete company, working in the trenches up to superintendent for a civil contractor, years of project management and estimating to his current position with Wells. One key to his success in the industry as a subcontractor is his ability to look at it from the perspective of a general contractor and focus on the correct product while improving schedule and cost.

Mike is a graduate of Minnesota State University Moorhead with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management, an active member of SWRI and an IFC Certified Firestop Inspector.
