Rick Ostgard

From early conceptual design to final installation, Rick uses his experience to assist architects, engineers, and contractors in developing projects that exceed the customer’s expectations on design and value.

Rick Ostgard brings experience from over 40 years in the Precast/Prestressed Concrete Industry (since August of 1978). Rick values his client relationships and remains committed to ensuring success in the project every step of the way. Rick has worked various positions in the precast industry, from production laborer to a drafter to a QC technician to an estimator & job cost accountant to a sales representative, not to mention a field laborer out at the project jobsite.

Rick graduated from Red River Valley Vocational Technical Center (1977) with a concentration in Architectural/Mechanical Drafting. He also earned a certificate from Dunwoody Industrial Institute in General Construction Estimating (1991). Rick serves on the PCI Parking Structures Committee and is a current voting member (since September 2006).
