3rd Annual Building Engineering Construction Conference (BECC)

Come and join the American Council of Engineering Companies of Minnesota (ACEC/MN) and Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA-UMR) as we explore various topics related to building engineering and construction.
Large or small, our firms often face similar issues that are conducive to maintaining a thriving building engineering and construction industry in Minnesota. This conference will offer in-depth presentations on Future Development in the Twin Cities and engineering ethics as well as three thematic tracks with informative sessions by industry leaders.
Conference Program
Track 1 – Business Practices/Risk Management will include sessions on Market Forecast, Condominium Legislation and Creating Successful Teams/Partnerships. Track 2 – Codes will delve into NEC, plumbing and energy codes. Track 3 – Project Delivery Methods focusing on alternative delivery trends, an industry panel Q&A session, and a case study of the Minnesota Senate Building.
Attend the BEC Conference to learn more about the latest challenges, updates and trends facing the AEC community while connecting with others in your industry. ACEC/MN and DBIA-UMR provide business support through education, networking, and advocacy. CEUs and PDHs will be available.
