I have seen a lot of good insulation put in the dumpster that could be used for different size recesses rather than using new sheets of insulation for that. I think there would be significant saving over time.

The operator was getting ready to use the torch and the hose connector had a hole in it near the hand and lower arm area. When the torch was lighted the leak area also ignited causing the outer garment to start on fire

Yard operator got out of his truck and forgot to set the brake, truck started to roll back @ 5 feet Operator noticed the movement and hooped into the truck to set the brake
