There is a portable table saw and some vacuums in front of the fire extinguisher and eye wash station.

Observed a yard truck driver driving around talking on his cell phone..

Loading scrapped concrete into the truck to haul it away. the truck is parked next to the port-a-potty.
a 500pg piece of concrete being loaded into the truck fell out of the front loader scoop and landed 5 feet away from the toilet.
if it hit the toilet and someone was in there, a serious injury would occur.

Load not tied down before getting in place to pick with crane

Trash is starting to pile up again, everyone needs to continue to pickup after themselves.

Flammable aerosal cans were left out on the ground to be run over and left in plate baskets.

Stripping crew leaving nails sticking up without bending them over. This has been a reoccurring issue.

The south overhead door is not working in building 3.

Trailer 8018 axle is crack and rusting out.

Doug Kler send Huan Anderson and Antonio Brito to install backer rod on 85" boom lift.
In this are there were PVC pipes stubs extended up 8" above the concrete slab to clear the bottom of the boom lift
Boom lift was in a position to reach every area they needed to work
On Saturday I walked the area and found that the lift had was moved and found 4 broken pipes with 1 broken pipe under the tire.
No one reported the broken pipes to Doug Kler or Myself at the end of shift on Friday
Trade Damage is not what we do.
To me this is careless and not paying attention to there surroundings by both employees
