A batch plant employee was using a water bottle to put hydraulic tool oil in.

Wells Great Lakes has a color code system for different types of.fuel. In one of the yard van the tank had the wrong fuel in that colored tank.

A finisher had a water bottle full of epoxy, and left it out in direct sunlight while he went to lunch.
after a long period of time, i happened to see the bubbling bottle leaking all over a weld plate on the bed, thought to immediately get it out of the sun. Turns out the bottle was incredibly hot, and mildly burned my fingers (not badly), even the employee with gloves on said he thought it was super hot too!
dangerous for unlabeled chemicals to be left unattended in the hot sun.

This morning when Darin Stenzel was bringing in a trailer into the west plant he smelled natural gas. It was coming from the outside of the building where the gas lines are.

The acid wash truck was parked in plant 1 and had a leaking valve.
