| Root Cause(s) | We are having an issue with concrete paste building up on our "Harleys". The build up was so bad on one of the Harleys that maintenance had to take the carburetor apart rather than just adjust the screw to allow the machine to run right. There was another piece for another Harley that was built up so bad that it caused the vibrator to wear out faster than normal wear and tear. |

| Corrective Action | I went around to each crew and showed them the condition and build up on these 2 parts from the Harleys. Went on to tell the crews that they need to do a better job cleaning the Harleys after each usage. We can't just have one or two people cleaning the tools up. We all need to do our share and we need to police each other and if someone is not doing a good job they need to be called out. the last thing I told them that these are their tools and they need to take better care of them. |
