| Corrective Action | I stopped Laura immediately and talked her through the situation and explained to her the proper procedure with getting the vice off the strand. I also explained to her if she can't get the vice off what had to be done to remove the strand from the form. I ended it with a reminder to never hit a vice with a hammer. |
