Root Cause(s) | I was around the strongbacks as Conner Zabel was hooking up the strongbacks to the craneways and I noticed one of the pins that run through the shackle was not screwed in all the way. |

Corrective Action | Since Conner was hooking them up and he is a guy that strips everyday I pointed this out to Conner that the pins need to be screwed in tight and then turned back a 1/4 of a turn after you get them tight. I told him that we need to look at these pins periodically to make sre they are tight. Especially now with all the big panels that are coming out of the west plant. |
