| Follow Up Actions | I spoke with stripping and they said they generally don't get up on the flatbed trailers to load pieces unless the pieces are small or narrow. Since this trailer was getting a full size wall it wasn't deemed unsafe or necessary to stop work or swap the trailer. But it is still a fall hazard and will need to be addressed the next time the trailer is available. |
