| Corrective Action | Had employee (Eliel) stop cutting the mesh immediately and told him to put on the face shield that was sitting just a few feet from where he was cutting. Talked to the leadman (who was not in the area at the time) that employees doing that activity need a face shield. I also told him that if they cutting where sparks may fly towards the bed that they needed to protect the bed and stressed strand from the sparks off the blade. |
