| Root Cause(s) | We use computers to record and transmit data to the QC Lab, these computers are in yellow plastic boxes. I collect them everyday in the morning so we can charge them and reuse them. There are orange hooks at each bed where these boxes are to be placed before the bed is stripped. These boxes are not being put on their hooks. Boxes are being damaged, and often go missing. Please make sure that whichever person cuts the wire is now responsible to put the box on its designated hook. |
