Root Cause(s)

A finisher had a water bottle full of epoxy, and left it out in direct sunlight while he went to lunch.
after a long period of time, i happened to see the bubbling bottle leaking all over a weld plate on the bed, thought to immediately get it out of the sun. Turns out the bottle was incredibly hot, and mildly burned my fingers (not badly), even the employee with gloves on said he thought it was super hot too!
dangerous for unlabeled chemicals to be left unattended in the hot sun.

StatusNeeds Attention
Corrective Action

do not leave chemicals that are reactive in direct sunlight for long periods of time, it could have caused damage by explosion if someone was just walking past it as that happened, it can generate intense heat and can explode
