| Root Cause(s) | Walk areas in front of steel shop and mold shop rolling doors were obstructed with material carts, pallets, trash cans, strand packs, etc. People walking through these areas had to step over a pallet or squeeze between carts. On the South side the walk way that was left was close to the bed which had strand tails sticking out. |
