| Root Cause(s) | Upon my arrival at work, I was notified by Rick that Glen Baumann had inadvertently backed into the shot blaster control cabinet with the forklift. The plastic control cover was broke into several pieces. We have since fashioned a temporary cover from sheet steel while we try to source a replacement. Everything else is still mechanically sound. |
