Greg Roth

Greg Roth was named Chief Operating Officer for Wells’ Midwest Division in February 2019. In this capacity, he works with all Eastern Division operating departments including Project Management, Drafting & Engineering, Quality Assurance, Operations, Field Services and Sealants.

Greg has been with the company for over 10 years and has had several roles, including Vice President of Operations, where he was responsible for company-wide production and yarding operations.  During his time, he has lead our implementation of Concrete Vision, developed many of the metrics we use to drive continuous improvement and has been instrumental in building teamwork between quality and operations to drive performance.

Greg holds a Master of Science degree in Executive Leadership from Saint Cloud State University and an Undergraduate degree from University of Minnesota Morris.
