Scott Bertschinger
President | Chief Operating Officer - Great Lakes
Scott was named the President and COO of Wells Concrete Great Lakes in January 2021. In this position, Scott is responsible for leading the organization in strategic initiatives, including revenue growth, operational and financial performance, as well as safety and quality for the Great Lakes facilities.
Scott has vast experience in strategic planning, talent acquisition, organizational development and succession planning. He has been leading the manufacturing and construction industry for over 25 years.
Scott holds a certification in SPHR, and is a Certified Behavioral Analyst. He serves as a board member for Governors Council on Workforce Investment and Churchill Captive Insurance group. He has a bachelor’s degree in urban and regional planning.
