Spencer Kubat
Vice President of Sales - Midwest
A 41-year veteran of Wells Concrete, Spencer is currently the Vice President of Sales for the midwest division, which includes oversight of sales activities and strategies. He has overseen development of the company’s core product offerings – carving a niche in the marketplace for architectural and structural precast and prestressed concrete products.
His relationships in the industry run deep as he is committed to finding ways to better serve clients and the marketplace. He builds upon a sales foundation of technical expertise and estimating capabilities from his time in Wells’ estimating department, and supports the company’s abilities as an integrated solutions provider.
Spencer graduated from Minnesota State University Mankato with a BS in construction management in 1980, and is a certified CDT technologist. He served on the MSU Mankato advisory board for 24 years, and is currently a construct-ium mentor.
