Bill Forest, PE
Director of Operations
Bill oversees plant and field operations for Wells Concrete which includes safety, quality, and general operation of both the plant and field.
Bill started his career in field services with Wells in 2005 in the Grand Forks, ND plant where he became familiar with a variety of the intricacies of precast installation. He was promoted to Installation Foreman and then Field Operations Manager where he maintained that role until 2020 when he moved to the Brighton location. Bill has also held the position of Project Engineer in between roles in the field.
Bill holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from University of North Dakota. He obtained his PE license in June 2010.
