John King
Director of Sealants – Mountain States
John joined Wells Concrete in 2016, currently managing Rocky Mountain’s Sealant division. In this role, he focuses on improving building envelope solutions, which include the proper sealant solution for precast, but also waterproof and barrier solutions for a complete building envelope system. This provides long-term performance in envelope systems and maximizes a clients investments.
With more than 26 years of experience in the construction industry John has transitions from carpenter to business owner to superintendent to project manager. With more than 15 years of experience as a superintendent in the construction defect restoration industry, he has seen a myriad of issues that can arise when an envelope of a structure is not properly sealed and or waterproofed and understand the solutions required.
John is a graduate of Minnesota State University Mankato with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management.
