one of our welders on the roof accidently dropped a 10' piece of strap plate steel 40' to the ground. Luckily, no one was hurt and Wells Concrete was the only contractor on site. Still, this is an accident that cannot happen.

Scott and I remeasured and made sure the radius of the picks were well with in the chart of the crane.
All was acceptable with what Michael Clay had scaled out

All three men followed my direction and set 9 panels with ease.
Safe, great communication hard working(no phones were visible) all day and made me proud of the young men.
They have came a long way sense I worked with before.
