"Arm" on bed that holds the ram is too short. The guys on the bed are having to tension cable at an angle while using the "arm". This caused the cable to slip in between two of the jaws, not allowing it to work properly. Luckily nothing happened and it held. This happened on 10/23/17 and was noticed on 10/24/17

1/2" strand broke while stressing. The strand broke at the chuck being pulled by the ram. The broken strand pulled through both chucks on the stressing end of the bed. Investigation is inconclusive. Not sure if the wedges being offset caused the strand to break or if the braking strand caused the wedges to be off set.
