Housekeeping was observed in great shape on the south side of the DT bed!

Pour 604 of job 7361-Hudson Medical Center included a strand pattern that was more than what the horizontal weldments on the FS39 had the capacity for (total stress on form was 403K). The spandrel jacking plate was needed to accommodate this design. This was well communicated between engineering and production as it was brought up more than a month prior to the pour to be sure we could safely achieve this. There was good communication/cooperation by everyone involved on the production side (plant engineer, production supervisor, quality control, metal shop, team lead, and laborers). Because of the proper planning and execution, we were able to safely produce this design. Great work all around by all parties involved.

Reminder to use stairs.

Salvador G. found a nylon strap that was damaged. He immediately contacted the appropriate personnel to address the situation. The strap was then red tagged, taken out of service, and thrown away.

The yard crew was loading out two single legs T's today. The crew used the correct straps/correct number or straps, along with using the proper forms to secure the T's on the trailers. Yard crew was loading out for the 03/03/22 days shipping.

received tipped 1/2" cable reals. bands broke and moved. if not installed in cages properly injury is a possibility. having 2 experienced employees install these into cages.

The Walls Crew noticed that the Rigging Pickers used to stockpile/ship walls, were getting worn down and could possibly lead to a failure. The pickers have been taken out of service.

Area 3 Grids PB & PC between grids 1 & 2 Stair #1 air vent in all level 9' x 3'
This hole in the (2) DDT 's deck was coved with 2"x 4' x 8'/ 12" on center with 3/4" 4' x 8' plywood marked with Red painted HOLE on top.
Grouter went thru and did this task and also pulled the ladders for our second point of egress on all floors and covered up those hole as well with plywood also marked HOLE in Red Paint

Yard driver had 2 small beams tied down to the trailer

Removed a broken Aluminum Extension Ladder out of service. Truck drivers were using it improperly as a leansafe ladder while strapping down loads.

Crew has completed restacking product in row-1.

The housekeeping in the bar shop was very good yesterday.

Edge burkes were cast higher up in the wythe of a piece than what was called out for on the detail. Before tipping the panel on edge to be finished, Brian Schultze called me out there to verify this was safe to do.
