Riley Kloos | Midwest | Wells | Main Plant- FS39 | 02/15/2022 | 0 | Safe Operation | Pour 604 of job 7361-Hudson Medical Center included a strand pattern that was more than what the horizontal weldments on the FS39 had the capacity for (total stress on form was 403K). The spandrel jacking plate was needed to accommodate this design. This was well communicated between engineering and production as it was brought up more than a month prior to the pour to be sure we could safely achieve this. Because of the proper planning and execution, we were able to safely produce this design. Great work all around by all parties involved. | Completed | 02/15/2022 | View / Edit Details | |
