I was stepping over knee wall and lost my balance. It’s muddy on site and I brought my right leg around to keep from falling in the mud. When doing so I was past the point of no return falling on my ankle with foot pointed in the wrong direction. I felt a pop. I am able to walk on it but it is swelling up and starting to bruise a little.

John Klein emailed me while he was heading home in his personal vehicle he noticed a loaded trailer for delivery the next day had two of the winches directly above the tires in contact with the tires. This could have caused major damage to the tires possible a blown tire.

Lee Saeger (Truck Driver) was tieing down his load (Job#319009 Load 390 Piece WW242 39,000lbs Truck#6342 Trailer#281636) when he noticed the dunnage (insulation) under the pieces were not uniform. The smaller width piece was on the bottom of the triple stack. This has the potential to tip more easily.
