Very cold temperatures. -25 with wind chill and -13 actual.

One piece of strand left east of the tool room where anyone can trip over it

No tie downs for the chutes on the ready mix trucks. As i was standing there a ready mix truck drove by and the chute was bouncing so bad it could come off and hurt someone or ruin the chute

Yard cleanup has gone great and just wanted to recognize the yard team for how much improvement has been done in the straightening and cleaning of the yard here in Brighton. Timbers and rows are much more organized than before.

Pile of strand west of FS3 that needs to be picked up. Its a trip hazard and near the south mid entry door

Flagger on Bed 55 to the East did not yell at me when i walked in the path of the stressing happening. I did not know they were stressing and walked in the line of fire from the wash pad and noticed myself they were stressing and moved. The flagger was east of me and i didnt see him.

Lots of strand laying in the yard east of FB1 in dire need of getting cleaned up

Large mess of C-grid and strand laying outside west of the production bay

Strand on floor west of FS-3. This area needs to be kept clean as it is a trip hazard there with the main entry to the south in the same place.

Rebar on floor south of steel shop in production bay and not contained. We need a better way of storing and placing out of walkways

Stanchions all fell down that were up to protect rock thrower in lot. Took someone in the plant and put them in charge of moving and watching traffic and barricades the rest of the day.

Ear Plug box was empty at south production door

Had a day time fire and wanted to go to town.
