While stripping DT-8 the first piece stuck in the bed as they pulled up one side of the T stuck in the bed cracking the piece, they hooked up to the side that was stuck while putting tension on it the lifter failed and came out of the piece about 6".

one of the finishers found a wall in RK-14 that was stored improperly on dunnage that was on the ground and not on the pad, and it was beginning to sink into the soft ground from all of the moisture.

After the BSP meeting where we discussed the fire department inspection, I walked the Production bay and found that most fire extinguishers had something stored directly in front of them. I cleared all but two of them, and informed Anthony Villarruel of the two that had not been cleared because it was too much and too heavy for me to do myself.

I was walking between the parked trailers and the maintenance bay when the new tractor backed up to connect to a trailer. There was very little room between the trailer and the wall of maintenance, and the trailer shifted just as I walked between. I did not hear a backup alarm on the new trailer.
