All chemical and water from wash pad was running into the parking lot instead of into the ALAR

Sealants have cleaned up the Tool room of misc. materials and have mov e to our very own location in the barn. We are noticing a lot of product that is expired and needs to be discarded.
Some of this material may need special treatment to remove.

Rebar protruding from parking stop curb. This is located in the main parking lot near employee entrance. Rebar is not directly on designated walking surface but close enough for a substantial amount of foot traffic.

Contractor has other trades material laying all over our work zone.

Sealants have not been on site for weeks but I am seeing trash and material that is clearly ours. Also some work is not complete that should be. We will walk and cleanup next week

A section of the outdoor pallet racking appears to be leaning toward the crane rail. And one shelf has been installed out of level

Someone from the sealants department dropped off a bunch of chemicals. These were messily set in the overhead doorway and just inside. No organization, notification or care taken

Machine leaking oil is place half on pad and half on ground allowing fluid to hit the dirt

Rigging was left on the floor by dt3 and was ran over a lot due to travel lifts crossing. It has been there quite a while from seeing how deep it was in the dirt.
