A crew member put a strand that was cut for a shorter bed in the FS24. This seems to happen way too often which is a huge waste of time. There has to be a better way of separating these strand so they get put in to the right bed they are cut for.

lots of grinding on a panel at bower residence due to panel placement. arms and hands numb and had to take multiple breaks. still affecting me to this day. lots of jobs require grinding-cutting with small hand held grinders. talked to tom peterson on december 1 about ongoing issues and told me to fill out a see report. i have pictures on my phone of the work we were doing and cant get to this. hands and arms go numb at random times and when grinding, cutting and other tasks
