All chemical and water from wash pad was running into the parking lot instead of into the ALAR

Lots of garbage in the yard that needs to be picked up

Large mess of C-grid and strand laying outside west of the production bay

Foam all over north of mold shop and not contained. needs to be cleaned up daily.

Korolath for the field stacked and not protected east of Supervisors office.

Garbage stuck behind and under the beam and column beds.

Mold shop does a great job cleaning up inside but needs to improve cleaning up outside the mold shop in their area

Witnessed employee jumping from bed 4 to the floor on waste strand. Not best practice, should have used steps.

Walk areas in front of steel shop and mold shop rolling doors were obstructed with material carts, pallets, trash cans, strand packs, etc. People walking through these areas had to step over a pallet or squeeze between carts. On the South side the walk way that was left was close to the bed which had strand tails sticking out.

Semi truck driver was observed smoking inside equipment.

During walk around with employees we were going to walk alongside the south wall by the far southwest wall(need to learn my beds) however there was material on the walkway along with an air hose strung along to the bed. No one was working on the bed at that time.
