Tom Peterson | Brooklyn Park Data Bank / Job #7275 | 02/02/2021 | 8 | Unsafe Operation | Wood crates continue to be used to transport steel to jobsites. These crates are overloaded causing the bottoms to fail and plates to fall out of them. My fear is that we have a plate go through someone's windshield as they are being transported to a jobsite. I've been told that the metal foundry crates are not getting back to the plants in a timely manner. We need to do a better job of tracking these crates and getting them back sooner so the shops are not forced to use wood. | Needs Attention | View / Edit Details | ||||
