We had rebar in the way of a burke which prevented from hooking up to it. The crew did not make assumptions of what they could hook up to next, but rather got the necessary people involved to safely lift the piece. We inserted a JD device in order to safely handle the panel.

Earlier in the day our main air compressor went down with a blown piston. Mike Tomczak was in charge of swapping out the compressor. Upon first inspection, without being reminded, Mike had used his lockout lock and all lockout procedures were being properly followed. Great job as this is a 480V piece of equipment.
