No sand has been spread outside the office and steel shop area's. Its been ice for a day and a half.

One of the "legs" used to hold the rails when they are down is broken. Good awareness by the crew or else the steel rail could have fell to the floor and possibly injured employees and caused damage to the rail itself.

Rigging for the new crane ways is scattered all over the floor on the south end of the building.

The brackets that hold up the screed board and other things on each bed are bolted through the expanded metal. I think the bolts should be through the angle iron for a stronger support.
On the FS22, one of the bolts is almost pulled through the expanded metal.

The FS24 crew ran 4 strand down the form that was cut for a different form.

The parts that need to be painted for the metal shop are next to the C-5 form and are creating a tripping hazard. Can they be moved back into the metal shop to be painted?

The south overhead door is not working in building 3.

there are cable laying along the B5 and running down the walking ramp next to the B5 creating a tripping hazard

Tracy Roberts was moving sides on the B5. After setting down and bolting in the last side on the west side of the form, he unhooked the south crane and tried to raise it up and move it out of the way. He had the wrong remote in his hand and was raising the north crane which was still hooked up to the form. The crane let loose and broke the safety brake on the cable.

Trailer 8028 is red tag for the 5-wheel coming off and the area of the 5-wheel need all new.

Trailer 8097 front cross beam leg of the saddle trailer on one side need to be welded back to the frame.
