With an existing 200,000-square-foot facility, Polar Semiconductor includes both Class 10 and Class 10,000 clean rooms to meet the stringent requirements for high-performance semiconductors sought by industrial and consumer product manufacturers. The Polar Fab II project was a 90,300-square foot clean room semiconductor fabrication facility expansion that includes a series of flexible new fabrication areas quickly adapted in response to market trends. It also includes a gowning area, offices, loading dock, chemical receiving and storage areas, basement substructure, and an interstitial mezzanine space, employee training room, and employee entrance.
