Doug Kler monitored Eric Loma maneuver the boom lift from North side of building around the East side to the South side of the building,
Area on the North to the East is narrow around the corner.
Eric needed to maneuver the boom lift back a forth with short turns to keep from hitting the building and causing damage

As I walked in EE off the FS25 was cutting narrow reveals on table saw. As I watched he properly used a push stick to push reveals through. When he was done I thanked him for using proper procedure without knowing I was watching

Every one is doing a great job at inspections on the equipment

Mollet shut all lift use down after 12:30 PM due to winds being over 35 MPH

all doors were shoveled out prior to production beginning

While walking the yard, I observed the workers in each man lift waring the proper PPE / safety harnesses

Jake and Matt did a good job cleaning the snow away from the beds before starting production activities.

The contractor installed a walk bridge to the first level. told the crew to tie our yellow tape to both sides so they never get out side the tape and no need to tie-off.

We had to release strand because only 1 piece was poured and there was a lot of residual strand under stress above the deck. Everyone did their job and stayed in the safe zones while detensioning the strand.

On a Sub-Zero degree day all yard crew were observed with proper Cold Weather Gear from Head to Toe.

Watched Martin stand a wall then took his hammer handle and cleaned the snow out of the MNB sleeves.

B5 pieces set on the floor are sitting on long 2x4s which are warped and sticking up approx 6" off the floor causing a tripping hazard
