In this are there were PVC pipes stubs extended up 8" above the concrete slab to clear the bottom of the boom lift Boom lift was in a position to reach every area they needed to work On Saturday I walked the area and found that the lift had was moved and found 4 broken pipes with 1 broken pipe under the tire. No one reported the broken pipes to Doug Kler or Myself at the end of shift on Friday Trade Damage is not what we do.
