Next to the Compressor in QC lab on the floor there's con-b-gone is to clean concrete off the mixers,

A finisher had a water bottle full of epoxy, and left it out in direct sunlight while he went to lunch.
after a long period of time, i happened to see the bubbling bottle leaking all over a weld plate on the bed, thought to immediately get it out of the sun. Turns out the bottle was incredibly hot, and mildly burned my fingers (not badly), even the employee with gloves on said he thought it was super hot too!
dangerous for unlabeled chemicals to be left unattended in the hot sun.

Crews have been plasma cutting holes in plates for the Great Lakes job. Safety would like to conduct IH testing on this process to ensure we are under exposure limits.

From the fire department: noted several containers not labeled, not in secondary containment and NFPA labels on batch plant tanks do not have information

The fabric inside the storm drain east of the QC lab has come loose and does not completely cover the opening inside the metal grate.

There is oil all over the ground where the Hollowcore buckets are oiled. The chapen sprayer was leaking oil.

Several pump sprayers were either not labeled or labeled incorrectly. Two containers were not marked at all and one was labeled as "wall bed"

Flammable liquid Toluene along with rags left out over weekend

Chemical are not Proper Label,

concrete in bottom of dumpster, not allowing dumpster to be easily dumped.

The new beds have much higher side forms so the handles for the power screed are too high now.
