Observed Issac from the cutdown crew handling the empty bottles without the caps on. He was also going to slide them off by himself on the tailgate that comes off on the passenger side. I don’t know how much those bottles weigh, but they are heavy for one guy. I did give him a hand on getting the bottles off. Maybe to prevent somebody from falling off the bed when changing bottles maybe somebody could look into a powered platform to have it level with the bed of the truck.

Employees are demonstrating good housekeeping by keeping their work site clean. Waterproofing material being installed is extremely messy, so keeping a clean work area is important. Tarps are laid down to prevent spills, and unnecessary tools have been removed to prevent slips trips and falls.
